A successful epee training day

On the warmest day so far this year 5 members of the club plus 1 visitor from Chichester attended an epee training day in Portsmouth with coach Richard Bonehill from the Truro fencing club.

We did a warm-up with a dancing bent and a hotly contested version of Simon Says. Then there was a queue lesson session.

After lunch we all had an individual lesson whilst the others free fenced.

We ended up with a mini competition which was won by Spencer.
