Fencing resumes at Seacourt

Fencing resumes at Seacourt

Senior fencing will resume at Seacourt on 20 May. It is likely that there will be some degree of regulations at the venue and track and trace details to be gathered and these arrangements will be communicated to fencers before the first session. Kit will not be able to be borrowed, except for club weapons which must be sanitised before and after use.

Junior club will resume as from 9 June. Parents should contact Nicki on 07834 373653 to discuss new requirements. There may be need for track and trace, depending on government guidelines. There will also be a new system where junior fencers will be given a bundle of kit, in exchange for a deposit of £20. The fencers must keep the kit and ensure it is laundered ready for each session to avoid cross-contamination. Weapons will be kept at club and sanitised before use.
